A premiere series of events and workshops themed around wellness and relaxation will be taking place during Fall.
These events in the breathtakingly beautiful autumn countryside are a guarantee of relaxation and culinary pleasure at its very best, and are held in sites of special energy on the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm and in the villages of Castelrotto/ Kastelruth, Siusi/ Seis, Fiè allo Sciliar/ Völs am Schlern and Tires al Catinaccio/ Tiers am Rosengarten.

BALANCE ROGRAM

  • MENTAL STRENGTH, FROM FOREST AND ROOTS
    Tuesday: 10th+17th September 2019; 01st+15th October 2019 | 14:00 - 18:00 p.m.

    Just as plants absorb the nutrients they need for winter through their roots, we humans stock up on our energy resources through the warming rays of the sun.
    Meeting point: Siusi allo Sciliar, fountain in the village centre at 14:00 p.m

  • BUCKWHEAT – THE GUIDE TO SOUTH TYROL’S NATIVE PLANTS 
    Wednesday: 25th September, 09th October 2019 | 14:00 -  19:30 p.m.

    On this hike through the autumnal countryside from Compatsch, past the Ritsch Schwaige restaurant and on to the Gostner Schwaige restaurant, Martha will tell you all the tales of the autumn traditions, sagas and legends of local lore. We’ll be stopping off at the Gostner Schwaige hut for refreshments, prepared using the herbs we have gathered on the way. To round off, we will be helping award-winning chef Franz to prepare mouthwatering dishes of South Tyrol tradition.
    Meeting point: Seiser Alm, Compatsch at 14:00 p.m.
    Sign in: at Valentinerhof and tourist offices until noon the day before the event
    Participation fee: 50.00 € a person
    In the price are included: the guided hike, an aperitif and the meal with starter and main dish, drinks and the taxi back to Siusi (valley station of the Seiser Alm cable car).

  • THE MAGIC OF THE MORNING – MOVEMENT IN THE AUTUMN COUNTRYSIDE WITH A HEALTHY PICNIC BREAKFAST
    Thursday: 12th+19th September; 03rd +17th October 2019 | 6:30 - 10:00 a.m.

    Early In the morning, we take the Marinzen lift to the Alpine pasture of the same name. This sweeping landscape is the perfect place to recharge your batteries, especially in the morning sun. Surrounded by larch trees - the trees of light and grounding - we charge our energy through breathing exercises. To round off, we feast on a healthy alkaline-based breakfast at the picturesque lake and gather a series of tips and breakfast ideas to use at home.
    Meeting point: Parking space at the Marinzen chairlift in Castelrotto at 6:20 a.m

  • STRENGTHENING WORKOUT AT THE LAGHETTO DI FIÈ LAKE
    Friday: 13th+20th+27th September; 04th+11th+18th +25th October 2019 | 17:30 - 19:00 p.m.

    Gentle running training at the natural swimming lake of Fiè with integrated Functional Fitness Training to strengthen your body – Core Training – will give you all the stability and balance you need for day-to-day life.
    Meeting point: Info point at the parking space at Laghetto di Fiè Lake at 17:30 p.m.
    Sign in: at the tourist offices until noon on the day of the event

The events, walks and guided tours take place until 26th October 2019. Participation fee:  FREE for guests of Valentinerhof vita vital hotel (except: Buckwheat = 55,00 € per person) All the events are suitable for both adults and children from the age of 14 and up.
